No, the Press’d real estate team will identify suitable locations in your area (based on traffic patterns, demographics, visibility, and accessibility). Once you’ve decided on a location, the real estate team will assist with negotiating leases, and our restaurant development will design and build your restaurant.
The average Press’d restaurant is 1,000 – 1,300 square feet, but we have built them as large as 2,300 square feet and as small as 412 square feet
The royalty fee is 6% of sales, payable to Press’d Franchising weekly.
The marketing fund contribution is 2% of sales, payable to Press’d Franchising weekly.
Press’d franchise agreements are 10 years long. Franchisees are granted the option to renew for an additional 10 years.
